DELIVERY POLICY
Same day delivery if orders are placed before 12pm
We deliver from 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri and 10am - 1pm Saturday, closed on Sunday.
We delivery same day if orders are placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm may be moved to the next days delivery run.
Please check our list of suburbs and area's we are able to complete delivery to avoid disappointment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Little Birk Florals, we go to great lengths to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products and value for their money. We truly care about our customers and are committed to providing the highest level of service.
Although we conduct thorough quality control on our products, we are dealing with organic perishable products and on rear occasions this product may not meet expectations. In these instances, we will do right by our customers to rectify legitimate queries regarding products which fall beneath our high standards.
In order to do so consistently, we require that a photo of the product be taken and sent to info@littlebirkflorals.com.au within 24 hours of the order being delivered.
This extremely important as we take each issue very seriously and pass it on to our suppliers and growers.
You can also give us a call, however, without a photo 24 hours, we are unable to provide our full range of solutions to rectify the issue.
